All listed prices apply to residential irrigation systems with up to 8 zones. Larger residential systems and commercial properties require a custom quote. Appointments available October 19–November 13, 2026, subject to availability.

What's Included in Your Winterization Visit?
Shut off the irrigation water supply.
Blow out each sprinkler zone using compressed air.
Drain the backflow preventer and position valves according to equipment requirements.
Set the irrigation controller to off or its appropriate winter setting.
Perform a quick visual check for visible leaks, broken heads, or other concerns.
Repairs and backflow insulation are not included in the advertised price. Any needed repairs are quoted separately.

Our Freeze-Safe Guarantee
If incomplete winterization by Spring Landscape causes a pipe, sprinkler head, or valve we serviced to crack from freezing during winter 2026–2027, we'll repair the affected component at no charge in spring 2027.
Coverage excludes pre-existing damage, hose bibs, uninsulated above-ground backflow preventers, and damage caused by reactivating the irrigation water supply or system after service.
